- Salmon fillets
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1-inch knob of fresh ginger root, grated
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 to 4 tablespoons brown sugar
Coat salmon in marinade, leave skin up in dish
Olive oil before grilling on barbecue
