
Sourdough Discard Crackers

Ingredients
- 200 g sourdough starter or discard
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- ΒΌ ts sea salt
- 2 ts dried herbs (eg mixed italian)
- ΒΌ ts salt to sprinkle on top
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees
- Mix all ingredients
- Spread mixture thinly on oven rack covered with silicone sheet and baking paper
- Sprinkle salt on top
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Score crackers
- Bake for another 30 minutes or until golden brown
- Let crackers cool before breaking
