Ingredients
- 300 gr flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- Β½ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- ΒΌ cup sour cream
- ΒΌ cup vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove
- minced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- shredded
- 75 gr crumbled feta
- Β½ cup green olive slices
- Β½ cup black olive slices
- Β½ cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- Β½ cup capsicum
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt
- Mix egg, milk, sour cream, oil and garlic in separate bowl
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients
- Add cheese, feta, olives, tomatoes and capsicum
- Divide between 12 holes in muffin tray
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crusty
