Ingredients
- 1Β½ kg topside
- Β½ cup soy sauce
- Β½ cup Yoshida's Spicy Wing and Rib Sauce
- Β½ cup Worchestershire sauce
- ΒΌ cup hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Marinade overnight.
Take pieces out when they are stiff but not brittle.
