Ingredients

Pull skin from back and trim excess fat. Trim tenderloin from baby back ribs.

Marinate overnight, amount is enough for 1 rack.

  • 1 Β½ cup (375 ml) apple juice
  • Β½ cup (125 ml) cider vinegar (optional)
  • ΒΌ cup brown sugar or maple syrup
  • β…› cup salt


Rub with House Rub.

Smoke until 180Β°.

When it's looking dry on top, baste with Kansas City BBQ Sauce.
