Ingredients
- Baby Back or St. Louis Ribs
- Marinade
- House Rub
- Kansas City BBQ Sauce
Pull skin from back and trim excess fat. Trim tenderloin from baby back ribs.
Marinate overnight, amount is enough for 1 rack.
- 1 Β½ cup (375 ml) apple juice
- Β½ cup (125 ml) cider vinegar (optional)
- ΒΌ cup brown sugar or maple syrup
- β cup salt
Rub with House Rub.
Smoke until 180Β°.
When it's looking dry on top, baste with Kansas City BBQ Sauce.
