Ingredients
- Whole chicken
- 2Β½ tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Β½ teaspoon pepper
Brine at least overnight, for up to 2 days.
Gas Grill
- Chicken on top rack.
- 2 middle burners only.
- Start at about Β½ turn.
- When near 330Β°, turn down to about ΒΌ turn and adjust to keep temp there.
